WORKING PRINCIPLE:

An energy saving UVC lamp generates ultraviolet germicidal rays transforming oxygen into ozone, thus destroying oxidation by bacteria. The effect of U.V. radiation .254. nm is well established. It is totally bactericidal, virucidal, germicide, etc .... Ozone generators and cabinets provide excellent decontamination of utensils placed on the basket support. These cabinets meet the hygiene standards are applied in all sectors of industry and business food. Constructed of stainless steel, they are designed to last and to be installed in potentially damp environments.

UTILISATION:

After cleaning the knives, place them on the Cart or on the media bar magnet and move the adjustable timer O 2 hours (recommended duration: 1 hour 30 minutes). At the end of this time, the knives are sterilized and ready to be reused
