The Jonas™ Cake/Pie Server is made with quality stainless steel and is angled to fit a cake/pie plate's sloped sides. It is thin and will slip under a cake/pie wedge without breaking the crust. This tool plates a piece of pie without spilling the cherries. Its shape makes it ideal for quiche and other wedge-shaped baked goods, and for turnovers and other pastries that are too hot to be lifted by hand. The blade has beveled edges for cutting wedges without relying on a knife. The SS blade is heat resistant up to 240°C /464°F. 10”L. Made of SS and PP.
